Who said time flies because they were correct and it seems to be going faster than ever. It certainly proves that time is not constant and I do not think anyone would dispute that. Then move forward to a coming period when the vibrations will have become so high that everything will be spoken of as being in the now. You may ponder whether everything remains forever and there is every reason to believe it does. You can travel back in time, so somewhere out there you can view history as things really happened. Much of it goes unrecorded in your history books and in any event is often incorrectly recorded. The Akashic records are your main source of information and are such that you can actually be a spectator at an event as though you were really there.

What you will find is that history repeats itself. Civilisations tend to go through the same challenges time and time again, until they have experienced sufficient to have learnt their lessons and move on. You never stop learning, moving from being a single soul onto group souls that grow larger and larger. Your Human experience has been more of a test of your resolve to face whatever has confronted you, and many of you have overcome the difficulties and risen up to now have two feet upon the path to Ascension. You have had help but it is open to anyone who takes up the challenge and shows the determination to succeed. Be assured that every soul has the potential to rise up, but many have not recognised the opportunity being given.

There is no urgency expressed where your evolution is concerned, in fact each life you have is planned to suit your ability to learn from your experiences. So no one is pushing you hard except yourself and that means you are never given more than you can handle. When the “Human” experience commenced eons of time ago, progress was deliberately held back to give souls ample time to benefit from them and slowly evolve. After many, many lives there came a period where your evolution was speeded up, and so it has continued until Homo Sapiens were introduced as another step towards growth and completion. Your history clearly shows such progress in recent times that coincided with your ability to become more of a Being of Light. As with every phase of your evolution, many other souls of great experience have been on hand to assist you.

Your history is being re-evaluated and it is becoming very apparent that not only have you had help from evolved beings, often they have been other species such as the Avians that presently surround and guard you against any possible interference. Cave drawings also clearly show that there has been visitations by the Ant Beings and even the Mantis Beings. You may find some of them scary but understand they are loving beings who have reached a high point of evolution, and they give their services to help younger souls to evolve. In their presence you would find their energies to be of a loving nature and in no way threatening or unpleasant. There are of course other kinds of beings that are well evolved but in service to self, and these are mainly the reptilians but we hasten to add that not all are negative. In general they are kept away from you but occasionally in the past, a single being has been able to make contact with you. Do not let this worry you as you are protected by the higher beings of Light.

We are aware that there are large numbers of people that just do not want to know about other forms of life, and clearly they are not ready for such revelations, and you can be assured that no one will be forcing the issue. However, disclosure must go ahead for the benefit of those souls who are ready to expand their level of consciousness. Evolution is a very personal matter and you are being encouraged to make your own pathway, to your liking. What could be better than gently easing you along at a pace that suits you and does not put you under any pressure.

In between lives you make plans for your next incarnation with the help of your Guides, whose advice is respected because of their vast experience and knowledge. With few exceptions all of you chose your own times to incarnate on Earth based upon what you have learnt about your needs. You do not necessarily incarnate into the same country or religion and that depends on the lessons you need to evolve. Each life is arranged to give you the maximum amount of opportunities to have a successful experience. Chances missed will come around again, as your progress must proceed in an orderly manner.

Naturally there are times when the outworking of experiences includes other people, and the working out of situations becomes quite intricate. Often it includes other souls who have played a part in your previous lives, and you may for example “owe” them a favour in return for help you have been given by them, or vice versa. Life may seem full of random happenings and many are, but in the main important events are set up to allow certain experiences that may help all souls involved. The most difficult scenario you are likely to face, is when of necessity you are born into a family where there is a need to get on with each other, and where previous opportunities have failed.

When each life is completed there is always a review of it with Beings who understood your life plan and can help you overcome the problems you may have encountered. In that event you may not necessarily have to go through the same ones again. What you may view as chance happenings are still likely to have been planned as unlikely as it may seem. Take note of any event in your life that seems intentional, and try to determine the meaning behind it as nothing really happens by chance. Sometimes the most difficult experiences to understand are those that call for some form of generosity from you, yet you cannot always respond in that way. Clearly if you are being urged intuitively to help, it is possibly likely that you are being “urged” by your Guides to do so. Certainly follow your intuition and you will not go far wrong. It is worth reminding yourself that every soul that incarnates on Earth has a purpose and a plan, and are equipped with whatever they need to ensure that their experience is rewarding.

Hello. Back from holding my Bali retreat, in which we Brightened ourselves and the Planet enormously. Thank you to you for ‘popping in’ and sharing your knowledge and energetic activations.

We were most delighted to do so. Are you feeling like you have landed with a ‘bang’ back down to Earth, Dearest Blossom?

Well sort of. I feel happier and Lighter, yet, as the week goes on … many things can interfere and bring one down if one allows!

We accept this is so. Yet, this is the challenge that ALL chose to undertake. You did not come down expecting everything to be a bed of roses on your Planet at this time. Yet, you DID come down to awaken the Knowledge within you and transform this Earth of yours into its de-Light-full positioning. To USE this knowledge to its Highest capacity and transform that which has sunken into the lower Vibrations into the Higher frequencies, wherein Mother Earth feels more at home.

So easy to do when in a beautiful setting, where the energy of the mountains and sea is high and one’s days are spent ‘Enlightening the soul.’

Our point, as we stated. The pure and simple fact, Dearest Blossom, is that YOUR LIGHT … THE LIGHT within Each One … does not have to be/ should not have to be … dimmed, due to its surroundings.

Happiness … that which Each One is looking for … IS THE LIGHT WITHIN YOU … THE LIGHT THAT YOU ARE.

You seek it here, you seek it there … yet, it is already within you … awaiting to be surrounded and Loved and accepted.

HAPPINESS IS A STATE OF BEING! It is a place within the mindset that is always willing to come out and play and yet, so often … more often than not … it is shut out … pushed aside … due to ‘responsibilities and duties’ that have to be performed.

We ask of you to ‘Grow up’ now.

Whoa! Steady Neddy!

Perhaps you misinterpreted? As a flower when first in bud … it has much ‘growing’ to do. It reaches for the Light and allows itself to stretch itself … ever closer to the sun.

How happy does a flower in Bloom … in its fullness, appear to be? How much Joy too, does it bring to all those who look upon it?

Dearest Friends, we ask of you to extend your Beings Higher and Higher … into/unto … the Light.

Your aspirations, your desires, your BEINGNESS … are ready to climb. They are in a position now to soar.

With respect …

I have to laugh … as it appears that White Cloud, myself and You, The Federation Of Light, say ‘with respect’ so often, that with so much conversation in Bali we abbreviated it to … WR!

Then, WR … many of you are awaiting a certain EVENT are you not?  In order for everything to change? In order for your lives, your happiness, your finances, your Joy, your working situations … ALL THAT YOU TAKE TO BE YOUR LIVES … you are awaiting to change, once this EVENT occurs.

You do not have to wait for that! Do it now … right this minute!

 LET GO of that which you believe is holding you back … holding you down.

CHANGE THE MINDSET AND SET YOURSELVES FREE.

The Energies pouring in are of such a ‘happiness’ now. Of such CHANGE IN ENERGY ITSELF … that you can ‘make changes’ so easily … so readily … simply by DECIDING TO CHANGE  THE WAY EVERYTHING IS THAT NO LONGER SERVES YOU.

How often, Dearest Ones, have we mentioned that it is UP TO YOU?

Take our words into a deeper level of understanding.  It is not of great difficulty to make these changes. One does not have to venture into an intense trance-like disposition 15 hours of every day in order to do this.

IT IS A SIMPLE MATTER OF KNOWING THE TRUTH.

OF KNOWING THIS IS SO.

OF KNOWING THAT BY KNOWING … YOUR VERY CELLS … EVERYTHING YOU ARE … IN PHYSICALITY AND EMOTION AND SPIRIT … CAN CHANGE BECAUSE YOU ARE COMMANDING THEM TO DO SO.

THEY WANT TO!

Your cells, for instance, do not feel comfortable when they are in a state of ‘the old knowing’ when they are damaged and not ‘TRULY’ functioning. YOUR CELLS … YOUR PHYSICALITY … YOUR EMOTIONS … ALL THAT YOU KNOW TO BE YOU … are awaiting your decision to command the change WITHIN.

FROM WITHIN.

The change cannot occur by itself … it has to be conducted by you.

YOU KNOW ENOUGH NOW, DEAREST, MOST INTELLIGENT ONES! YOU HAVE ALWAYS KNOWN … Yet, you have surrounded yourselves with the expectancy of ‘one day’.  ‘One day perhaps, things won’t be like this anymore.’

FRIENDS OF EARTH … THAT ONE DAY IS NOW! IT IS HERE.

STOP/CEASE THE WAITING.

TAKE CHARGE. TAKE CONTROL.

YOU ARE A MAGNIFICENT BEING OF LIGHT/LOVE.

YOU ARE CAPABLE OF ALL THINGS THAT YOU DESIRE TO BECOME.

Hold back no longer. Release the OLD KNOWING.

The Higher Energies are doing much to assist you in this ‘falling away’ of that which does not belong in this New Age.

The Higher Vibrational pull that is calling you ‘upwards’ cannot bring lower Vibrational Energies into its existence. The lower Vibrational frequency dissolves and melts away as YOU YOURSELVES CHOOSE TO TAKE THE HIGHER PATH.

And we say this with the GREATEST OF RESPECT … Let go of the concern of another’s journey and how they are choosing to travel. Take charge only of YOUR journey. Walk the path with steady stepping and KNOWING OF TRUTH.

Focus on that which YOU are choosing to become and let go of that which another is choosing. They have their own path to walk and their own choices to make.

There will be much time in the days ahead to consider the positioning of others and so many of you will be there to assist when they ask.

So many will KNOW that their journey back and forth over THE BRIDGE is one of repeated designated positioning, in order to bring each one that is ready, into the Lighter disposition.

Take a moment, Dearest Ones, to breathe and FEEL who you are.

NOW. NOW. NOW, more than ever before, are you able to connect … on a /to a … Higher resonance that allows you to KNOW that THIS CHANGE is so very close now.

We do not ask of you to think of it coming to you in ways of your time. Yet, to feel it coming to you in ways of upliftment and inner Knowledge.

WHAT IS THAT KNOWING? IT IS THE FEELING INSIDE OF YOU. A FEELING YOU CANNOT EXPRESS … YET IT FILLS YOUR BEING WITH LOVE AND CONNECTION TO HOME.

Take the time, Dearest Souls … take the time to take the time to breathe and connect up/within. As often as you think to. As often as your soul asks of you.

FOR EACH TIME YOU FOLLOW THIS CALLING IT STRENGTHENS … THE BOND/ THE LINK/THE CONNECTION/ THE KNOWING … THAT WHAT YOU FEEL IS THE TRUTH YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR.

Let go of thoughts of an EVENT coming. For we tell you this … WHEN IT IS READY TO BE WITH YOU/OF YOU … Your Beings will have risen to such a Height within themselves, that the readiness of such an occurrence will simply allow you to find yourself nodding in Peace, Serenity and Knowing of … ‘Here it comes … and  I am ready’.

And we reiterate WR! … It does not matter where you are or when!

You are right. You are so right. For so long we have ‘Given in. Given way’ to allowing the energies, the chemtrails, the poisons, etc. to dominate us and have us believe that they are making us sick and depressed.

I am back feeling all the better for a nice break and renewing links with my family. Generally matters seem to be getting out of hand again, but they should be viewed as the last efforts of the dark Ones to prevent us from achieving our goal. Much is progressing in spite of outer appearances, and it is notable that the young people are well organised and able to demonstrate peacefully to achieve their aims. It was anticipated as those souls incarnating upon Earth are far more informed, sensible and organised, to help Humanity advance on the path to Ascension. Bear in mind that most of the changes mentioned cannot take place until after Ascension.
On the 1st November 2013 Elizabeth Trutwin sent out a message that suggested Ascension was very near to occurring. Obviously that was not the case but in the light of events that have since taken place, and given the changes that now loom large it seems that we are nearer than ever to Ascension. The merge to Oneness “As above – So below” is Zero Point, and as we approach it we help bring the Golden Age into physicality on Ascended Earth. I feel that in the circumstances it is appropriate to give a full version of that section of Lord Ashtar’s message that covers the most welcome changes that await us in the very near future. The complete message was in fact six pages long.
EARTH ASCENSION – LORD ASHTAR THROUGH ELIZABETH TRUTWIN.All of the Arcturian Light Technologies including surgeries will be available free to all. Nutritional deficiencies, blood diseases, those who are paraplegics, chronic illness and cancer will be wiped away in a very short time. Also advanced technologies and the ET’s who run them, like the Sirian Temple Workers and their advanced forms of Acupuncture will be available. Simple things like eyesight problems and obesity will be corrected very quickly.All forms of reverse aging, DNA telomere repair, skin and beauty treatments will be had by all. The elderly and children will be helped with ailments they are subject to. There will be counsellors to help with psychological conditions of the mind. There will be new solutions for children in foster homes, and the current care system will end and evolve into a solution that is right for children, their natural parents and their mentors helping them. Those living in group homes, orphanages and Old Folks homes will be cared for in new ways not possible before.
Everyone will be free, free to experience life in a way that is meaningful to them, on their terms. Each one will have help making a plan for their next step in life. These Healing Centres will be in the Light Cities that will be visible, and revealed at Disclosure. Many “believers” have yet to integrate the information about the Light Cities. It should be understood that these Light Cities are an extension of the Mother ships. One will go to these appointments or work in the Light Cities, either by flying car or beaming up. At the end of the day people will go back home.
Within a couple of years Earth will be a planet without disease of any kind. Injuries will be handled with advanced care, and the need for Healing Centres will diminish greatly. After the healers who will have been working in the Light Centres have finished healing the population, they will evolve into new work that is not “work” but creativity helping, in new ways not available before, but for example creating self-governance and implementing the new laws and new ways of World Peace.
Consider your personal dream and upgrade it based on new information coming through. Allow your imagination to take you beyond what was assumed to be true. After the Event all survival requirements will be wiped away with Free Energy, Abundant Healthy Food, Clean Water, Pollution Clean-Up, Mentors and the Light Cities will provide free healing to all. Animals and Magical Creatures will have the abundance they need and will be free to come and go as they like.
Marginalized people will be cared for and all non-violent prisoners will be released, because the majority were incarcerated on false charges. The politicians will all resign, and criminals will be dealt with in speedy trials. New elections will be held months later. Packages with NESARA funds will begin to be delivered and expected to take 18 months to make it to everyone. When it happens it has to do with meeting the requirements prior to the window of opportunity.END OF EXTRACT.
The parting of the ways is taking place as the dark Ones fall deeper into the mire they have created for themselves. Whilst they continue to drop into the lower vibrations, those who are of the Light are going higher and higher as their vibrations rise up. They have never looked back since they passed the marker in 2012 in grand style. By focusing on all that is positive a protection is created around you that is safe and secure from any attempts made to upset itA short extract from the “Open Hand Website” follows that probably sums up the opinion of many people’s feelings right now. “With Brexit in mind it seems that the EU is clearly a key fulcrum within the New World Order. It neatly packages and sanitizes exploitation of the Earth, its people and resources based on the engine of ever escalating consumption. Whilst people may feel more financially abundant in the short term, the effect on the natural ecosystems going forward is catastrophic”

Fear is unreal!

You, humanity, is finally opening to Love, and thus arriving on the same page where we in the non-physical realms spend a lot of our time.  This is making it far easier for us to bridge the seemingly vast gap between form and non-form so that we can commune with you all far more easily and spontaneously.  Awareness of your true nature, the Self that is using the body as a vehicle to experience form, is rising into the consciousness of increasing numbers of you, as the felt Presence of the Tsunami of Love, which is pouring down on Planet Earth, continues to intensify.  Everyone incarnate on Earth now is feeling It, although the vast majority do not, as yet, have any understanding of what is happening, what it is that they are feeling, they just feel slightly to extremely uncomfortable, and all their denied or hidden non-specific-fears are adding to that discomfort.

What is happening is an essential aspect of the awakening process.  To awaken is to open fully to Love, but fear blocks your access to It, and yet fear is, in truth, unreal.  What people need to do is to look at it and see it for what it is, an unreasonable and illogical fear about some unknowable and unforeseeable, but seemingly possible future occurrence.  Humans have for eons lived fearfully, believing that some horrendous catastrophe may arrive unexpectedly at any moment.  That very seldom happens, but with instant worldwide news constantly available nowadays, and because catastrophes do happen, humanity’s fears have intensified.  And fear is cumulative, thus strengthening the beliefs in the logicality of being fearful.  Further, of course, the media – news, social, personal, political, religious, and institutional of all kinds – fans the flames, even throwing gasoline on them, because those in positions of authority over others are always keen to strengthen their positions, and building and encouraging fear is a most effective way to do this.

When people are alone in their homes, or are meeting in small friendly groups, the fear level is low because they each feel supported by the safety of their home environment or by the group.  However, when large crowds gather, it is very easy for fear to arise – often without reason – and then spread rapidly, causing panic as people rush for the exits, trampling on each other in their urgency to escape.  Those who refuse to be overcome by fear can stand aside and remain quite safe, as the crowd rushes past, while they assess the situation to decide if there is anything to fear.

Your rational and logical minds know that living with a constant sense of fear is very stressful, and that it leads to psychological disorders that further compound the situation.  Nevertheless, your egos thrive on fear!  How many times have you felt offended by something someone has said to you, fear has then arisen, and as a result you have responded angrily to put that other person down, in their place.  In the moment, if you think that you “have won” the argument or disagreement, you feel temporarily uplifted, powerful, strong.  Then the other responds equally powerfully, undermining your momentary sense of victory.  And of course that is how nations interact with each other, also multi-national corporations, and even religious organizations.  So much of human interaction for so long has been confrontational – who will blink first!

Now, as the energy flow of Love increases and intensifies, many are becoming aware, very aware, that major change in attitudes and behaviors is essential if you – humanity – is to avoid Mutually Assured Destruction.  You have the technology to achieve that insane result, and your governments keep on adding to their arsenals, as if more is better and safer.  In the meantime, masses of people are living lives of desperation as they attempt to feed, shelter, and clothe their families.  They want change.  Enormous change in the way that their governments operate, so that those in need are cared for, and that those in despair and addiction can be lovingly attended to and brought back from their despair and addictions into lives that are uplifting and inspiring.

Everyone on Earth wants to be loved, happy, and at peace.  And of course this is possible, it is your natural state.  However, fear has hidden the reality of that from you, and in fear defenses are constructed, and borders and walls are built to separate “the haves from the have-nots!”  Is it possible to to conceive of a state in which to live that is more insane than that?  And differing political and religious beliefs and persuasions intensify these rifts between peoples due to race, color, ethnicity, culture, and intellectual ability, as those in positions of authority play on the fears of the masses to strengthen their own untenable positions, positions to which they were elected or appointed in order to honor, respect, and guide the people who place their trust in them.

All across the world it is now very apparent that people have seen through this deception, they are angry, and they will no longer tolerate the dishonesty, corruption, and indifference of those who are supposed to be governing and guiding the societies over which they have seemingly limitless power, and which they are seen to be using to pursue their own self-gratifying agendas.

As you have been told so often, ENORMOUS changes are occurring.  They are not being reported by the elite owned mass media, but the freedom of information, now easily available across the world due to modern technical innovations, makes it impossible for this eons old deceit and corruption to be kept hidden.

The old order is crumbling.  It is not up to the task of transforming the traditional attitudes and behaviors that have been based on an “us vs them” mentality, and encouraging, creating, and establishing a system that works fairly, honestly, respectfully for every human.

A transformative system is arising as people everywhere come to realize that there is no separation, and that everyone’s thoughts, words, and actions affects absolutely everyone else on the planet.  A massive spiritual evolution of humanity is in process right now, and the rate of transformation, which is already very rapid, is accelerating.

You are all divinely loved, from the most spiritually advanced mystics to the simplest of individuals who seemingly have absolutely no awareness of their spiritual heritage.  God does not differentiate between you, He does not judge you, He does not punish you, He Adores every single one of you without exception, and His Will is for you to do likewise.  That is what your awakening is all about.  And the Tsunami of Love is flowing powerfully into all your hearts wherever there is the slightest crack in the fearful defenses you built eons ago to keep It out.  You will awaken into the complete and full knowingness that you are all One, and that awakening will bring you untold joy.  Your awakening is divinely willed and therefore it is absolutely inevitable.

Therefore, Rejoice, Celebrate, and LOVE one another as God does!   Truly you are beings of LOVE, and anything that you are presently experiencing that is not in alignment with Love is unreal and is crumbling, disintegrating, dissolving.  And because it was unreal, when you awaken you will have no memory of it.  There is only JOY.

Easter is a time of celebration because it honors my resurrection, the main feast in the Christian year, the feast that reminds you all that you are the divine children of God, forever enfolded in His most loving embrace, and that you are eternal beings blessed with life everlasting. Life should and can be joy-filled, and when you awaken it will be!

As humans, very, very few of you truly acknowledge or pay attention to this feast day, other than to have a celebratory meal and enjoy eating chocolate eggs.  There is nothing wrong with that, but, as your awakening draws ever closer, it behoves you to pay attention to your spiritual lives and to the holy days that occur throughout the year.  The Christian calendar of holy days was established to remind people of their spiritual heritage, and to bring to their attention the major days on which remembrance of that meaning is honored through devotion to those who are named as saints.  But of course you are all saints, because every child of God was created perfect and is therefore a saint, you have just forgotten who you truly are.

All creeds and religions have their holy days, because, for those who believe that there is far more to life than the materialist world acknowledges, it helps to bring into focus the event or occurrence that the holy day asks you to celebrate, as you call to mind the one for whom the day is named.  After all celebration is a very important part of your lives, and you have many personal events that most people will at some stage experience – graduating from high school, coming of age, getting married, and, of course, birthdays – and then honor with an appropriate celebration.

To celebrate lifts your spirits, because it temporarily takes your minds off the daily struggles that most of you undergo to provide for yourselves and your families.  Therefore, when you do celebrate, it is important to set a very powerful intent to honor your spiritual heritage, your true nature, and give thanks to God for all the blessings that He has bestowed upon you.

To become aware of those blessings it is essential that you spend some time each day in prayer, not begging or beseeching God for favors, but sitting or, if you prefer, kneeling, or even prostrating yourselves – whatever feels most appropriate and comfortable to you (let what others do be of no concern) – and offering gratitude to God for the gift of life He has given you.  Then make a positive effort to see and appreciate the joys that being alive allows and encourages you to experience.

Life as a human, when you cease to focus your attention solely on your worldly concerns or on the pain and suffering that so many are undergoing, is constantly offering you some wonderful experiences – beautiful sunsets, the gorgeous smell of fresh fruit, the glorious colors of flowers, trees swaying in the breeze, and hillsides covered in gorse or heather, the excited smiles of small children, and the loving affection of your partners, and also your pet dogs and cats.  Truly there is SO MUCH for which you should be filled with gratitude!And so many of you miss these joys because you are remembering and perhaps regretting the past, or worried about what the future holds for you, instead of LIVING, right NOW, in the present moment when life actually happens!

To spend time daily in prayer, meditation, contemplation, or just quietly and effortlessly relaxing, is the most effective way to be aware of and experience the present moment when your life is actually happening.  Accidents, when people hurt themselves, or someone they love is hurt, do bring their attention to the now moment – temporarily – but then judgment, blame, and the need to deal with the situation tends to bring the focus of attention back to what has happened – the past – or to concerns about what needs to be done to deal with it – the future – and awareness of being alive is once again forgotten.

Nearly everyone has had the experience of being distracted during moments of joy by a call for attention – the phone, social media, remembrance of something that should have been done yesterday – and then later being upset that they did not fully engage with that never to repeated moment.  NOW is when life occurs, and by making the time available daily to be present in the now moment is extremely good for your health – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

All of us in the non-physical realms do our utmost to assist you in feeling the Love, which of course envelops you constantly, when you take time out to be at peace.  However, many of you tend to get caught up in negative judgmental thoughts about yourselves and your ineffectiveness in establishing quiet times because you keep engaging with the almost constant flow of thoughts through your minds.  Initially they will be flowing constantly, and because you have spent years attending to them instantly, thinking that they are who you are, it is difficult for you not to engage with them.  Then you remember that you were trying and meaning to be quiet and at peace, and you perhaps berate yourselves for allowing yourselves to be distracted, and tell yourselves that you are no good at it, or that it is just a waste of time.

None of these negative self assessments are in any way valid!  When you become aware that you have become lost in your thoughts instead of being at peace in the now moment, thank yourselves for that awareness, and forgive yourselves for being distracted.  Doing that will slow or reduce the flow of thoughts because you have removed the need to judge them with further thoughts.  As you continue to make time available daily to be quiet and to be at peace, and as you continue to thank yourselves when you become aware that your mind has been wandering, and you forgive yourselves for allowing it to happen, you will find that you have increasingly long moments when you are not attending to or engaging with your thought flow.  This will bring you a sense of accomplishment, along with the stillness and peace that you have been seeking and are now experiencing, and you will find yourselves making sure not to miss making quiet time daily an essential part of your lives.  In fact you may well find that it becomes the most important part of your day, as you find that your daily life is now running far more smoothly and easily, no matter what may arise for you to deal with.

And as you spend your quiet time peacefully disengaged or partially disengaged from your chattering mind, CELEBRATE, because you are at peace, which was your intent when choosing to set time aside daily to be quiet.  Of course you will have to return to the world after spending time quietly alone,but now you will find that it is much easier and far less stressful to deal with the issues demanding your focus and attention.  You will also find yourselves noticing little things that bring you momentary joy throughout your day, things that previously you were too preoccupied to see.  And this will further add to your peace and sense of well being, further encouraging you to CELEBRATE LIFE for its own sake.

To reiterate, life is to be lived for its own sake, and to be alive is the perfect reason to offer thanks to God in gratitude for this most wonderful gift.  The perfect time and place to do this is when you enter your quiet time and go within to that holy inner sanctuary where Love resides permanently within you.  And as your awareness of the fact that you are infinitely and eternally loved grows ever stronger, CELEBRATE!  God’s Will is that you know and experience his eternal Love for you, and knowing this, as deep within yourselves you do, then celebrate your beingness at One with Him.

You can change your beliefs!

Once humanity has awakened the multitudinous issues and problem facing you at present will be easily and rapidly resolved.  You are all beings of enormous power and you have the creative abilities to bring forward new ideas from within your collective awareness that will enable you put into effect the programs necessary initially to alleviate all forms of poverty – hunger, homelessness, loneliness, shame, guilt, apathy, disempowerment, hopelessness – worldwide, and then start to create loving communities in uplifting and inspiring environments to replace the shanty towns, favelas, and slums in which so many of God’s beloved children live in a state of permanent impoverishment.

As you are being reminded repeatedly, All are One, and that therefore what any one thinks, says, or does affects everyone.  As more and more become aware that the only way forward for humanity is for all – whatever their race, ethnicity, culture, color, creed, gender, and political persuasion – to engage lovingly with everyone else in friendly, willing, and meaningful discussions in order to resolve the issues and problems that face humanity, and set the intent daily to be only loving no matter what may arise, it is becoming undeniably apparent that marvelous changes are already under way.  Humanity is well established on the path to awakening.

For so long, due to the sense of separation that all feel and experience, people have often thought to themselves: “What can I do to help change the world and resolve the problems facing humanity and the planet:” and then sink into apathy because they believe that due to their apparent insignificance in the overall scheme of things that there is nothing that they can do of themselves that will be in any way helpful, let alone be seen and acknowledged.  This is a false belief!  Your continually reset intent to be loving whatever arises is extremely powerful, because you are powerful and your beliefs are powerful.  Therefore, believing there is nothing you can do – apathy – is also very powerful, creating blocks, mostly unintentional, that seriously impede progress.

You need to trust and believe in yourselves and in your abilities to be agents for positive change in the world, because you can, and many are establishing that belief within themselves, knowing that it is very effective and powerful.  Nearly all of you have ingrained beliefs, often established in childhood, that lie below the surface of your conscious awareness, and through which you engage with life.  You all know people who are mostly upbeat and cheerful, and others who are the opposite, and you often wonder why this is.  Well, it is due to their beliefs, and the more strongly they follow them or trust in them, the more effective they are, either positively or negatively.

And, as powerful divine beings, children of God, you can change your beliefs!  First you need to go within and spend time thinking about how you live your lives and what you believe about yourselves.  Then you need to make the intent to encourage what you see to be positive beliefs, and to discard what you see as negative ones.  It will not happen instantly, although you may well have numerous “aha” moments as beliefs you were unaware you held slip into your conscious awareness.  You then need to choose to set the intent daily to change or discard the ones that obviously do not serve you – I can’t, I don’t want to, I don’t need to, what will people say?, it wouldn’t be me, I’ve always been like this and don’t know how I could change, etc.  These new intentions need to be reset daily when you first wake up, whenever you think about them during the day, and before you settle down to sleep at night.  It will only take a moment or two, and after a week or so, maybe less, you will begin to notice that you are feeling differently about yourselves – more at peace, more accepting of yourselves and others, and more energized.

Ingrained beliefs will not dissolve instantly, after all they took many years to become established, so do not be discouraged if you do not see positive results as quickly as you had hoped or expected.  Intend to be aware of all the judgments you make mentally during the day, most people make a large number, and ask yourself if they really serve you, or if they just depress you as they confirm for you any beliefs you have that people generally, or you yourself are bad, thoughtless, inconsiderate, crazy, mean, unkind, etc.  If you can acknowledge the judgments and then forgive those whom you have judged negatively, realizing that, like you, they have problems and issues in their lives that are disturbing their peace and causing them fear or anxiety.  Then intend to send them love and compassion.

When you make it your regular practice when negative judgments arise to send love and compassion to the ones you judge, you will find that your own negative self-judgments arise less frequently, and that you are becoming far more self-accepting.  Self-acceptance is essential, because you are never going to be anyone other than who you already are, and once you start fully accepting yourselves as spiritual beings having a human experience during which suffering always arises, you will be able to stand back from yourselves (your egos) a little way and ask: “What is the lesson here for me?”  Initially nothing may occur to you, but with increasing practice insights will come to you, for example: “When I am angry other people are often angry or get angry too.”  You could then try to release the anger instead of expressing it.  At first this will be difficult, because anger is a powerful emotion, but if you can stand a little way back from it you will discover that you do have a choice as to whether to express it or not.  When you first choose not to express it you may feel de-energized or depressed because of the possible ensuing thought: “I could/should have told him just what I think of him!”  But as you practice not expressing your anger you will grow into an awareness that your felt need to do so will weaken until you realize that letting go of your anger will help you feel more peaceful.  And if you do express it, and later regret it, then, if possible, apologize to the person concerned, but most of all forgive yourselves instead of berating yourselves for losing your self-control.

As noted above, you are spiritual beings having a human experience, therefore you have to deal with the issues with which being human presents you, so remind yourselves that they are all lessons on your path of spiritual evolution.  The more you can come to accept and forgive yourselves the more easily you will find yourselves able to forgive and accept others.  Truly, although it often does not appear to be so, everyone, and there are no exceptions, is doing their best.  You do not and cannot know what others have been through – well, you may know, but you will not have experienced it precisely as they did – and so you need to cut them some slack.  (I am not talking here about people who are so extremely damaged that they hurt and abuse others, and who most definitely need some kind of containment to protect others, while also receiving deeply compassionate help.)  After all, most of you have experienced someone cutting you some slack when you have behaved in a way that was less than totally appropriate, and you were probably most appreciative when they did so.

All are one, and therefore it makes complete sense to honor, respect, and assist others, who are merely individual reflections or aspects of yourselves.  What you offer to to others you are offering to yourselves.  You have all experienced engaging kindly or lovingly with someone, even in almost unnoticeable ways, and then been met with a similar response, and the same with anger.  What you offer or present is always returned.  Offering love brings or enables peace, whereas offering judgment or anger leads almost invariably to conflict.

The awakening process involves honoring and respecting all others.  God honors, respects, and loves you all without exception, and knows that in every moment you are doing your best.  Does that mean you should not look within yourselves at your beliefs and motivations to see if they can be improved on?  No, of course not, as humans on Earth you are being presented with lessons that you have chosen to learn and, in the process, you are evolving spiritually.  But, while this is an ongoing and often demanding task, please do love and accept yourselves, because when you do you feel upbeat and encouraged, and this leads to an ease with life in which dealing with issues and problems becomes less demanding or stressful.  And when you live like this it is extremely beneficial to those with whom you interact in any way at all.  You all chose to be incarnate at this moment to assist in humanity’s awakening process, and when you live at ease and at peace with yourselves others feel it and are themselves helped along on their path to awakening.  Treating yourselves lovingly and compassionately is of great help to all in humanity’s awakening process.

Orion – be of good cheer for all is coming in good stead – you are truly blessed – the world you see is changing – pay attention to the transfer of energies for all is energy and what happens with energy will look very differently in the future of your experience – for us it is manifested already in our view for time is different for us – we see all possibilities but as everything progresses, all possibilities shift in their focus with the ‘present’ timeline becoming more of the ‘now’

– you are feeling the changes – it is not just about moving (Pat is moving) – this move is a benchmark for you with a whole new beginning occurring

– be of good cheer as all is transforming according to the sacred human heart
